CoachMantis helps you prepare for interviews. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account info — your name and email when you sign up.
• Content you give us — resumes, job descriptions, and your practice answers, so we can give you feedback.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to understand and improve the product.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data.
• We don't use your resume or answers to train AI models.
• We don't sit in on or record your real interviews.

How we use your data

To run your account, generate your feedback and practice sessions, process payments, keep CoachMantis secure, and make the product better.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make CoachMantis work — for example, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and the AI models that power your feedback. They handle your data on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can view, update, or delete your account data at any time, or email us to request a copy. Deleting your account removes your personal content from our systems.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active, then delete it within a reasonable period after you close your account — except where we're required to keep certain records longer.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
