Coach Mantis does not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or hiring decisions.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Coach Mantis is currently operating in a closed beta phase.
During the beta:

Coach Mantis provides informational and coaching-style guidance only.
The Service does not provide:
You remain solely responsible for your job search decisions, interview responses, and career outcomes.
If account creation is required:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, software, design, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Coach Mantis LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as resumes, interview responses, or other materials).
By submitting content, you grant Coach Mantis a limited license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Coach Mantis does not claim ownership of your personal materials.
Any output generated by the Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
Coach Mantis makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output for any specific role, employer, or hiring decision.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Mantis LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Mantis LLC shall have no liability for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
